Jamie Reeves
Owner & Broker
Jamie Reeves is the owner of the MeritHouse brand of real estate companies that launched in 2020 with a mission to be immersed in giving back to the local community in both financial & volunteer support efforts. Throughout her real estate career, she has been part of the North Alabama Realtor Leadership Program, the Morgan County Association of Realtors Community Liaison Chair & Safety Chair, Morgan County Residential Task Team & by being the President of the Prosperity PAC, Chair of Development & Chair-Elect for the Decatur-Morgan Chamber of Commerce. In 2017 she was the recipient for the Alabama Association of Realtors, Mickey Phillips REALTORS for Children and the 2017 Morgan County Association of REALTORS Rising Star award winner.
She & husband, Steve were foster parents turned adoptive parents & have a beautiful, blended family of six girls. Jamie's passion for child advocacy began as an AmeriCorp VISTA with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Morgan County Inc. She has continued her philanthropic giving throughout Morgan County on boards such as the Morgan County Child Advocacy Council, the Decatur Charity League, Parents & Children Together (PACT), One Vision Foundation, CASA of North Alabama, Downtown Decatur Merchants Association & ABLE Art.

Alisha Cheatham

Alisha is a native to North Alabama. After growing up in Huntsville, she moved to Decatur until building her home and farm in Trinity. Alisha started her real estate career in 2003 and loves her job and the ability to help others with buying or selling property. She loves people and animals! Alisha has a small farm called “Freedom Farms” that is home to horses, goats, llamas, sheep, longhorns, ducks, guineas, and one enormous pig named Piper.
She has been married to her husband, Dusty, for 24 years. She and Dusty have twin daughters who are both RNs, married, and living the American Dream...home ownership.

Caroline has been working in real estate for a little over a year. Caroline is a people person at heart, so her favorite thing about this job has been building relationships with the people she gets to work with. She loves seeing folks find the home they've been searching for. She loves helping them envision their future home from just a house. When she’s not helping clients, you can find her hanging out with her husband or their church family at First Baptist Decatur. She grew up in a musical family, so singing has always been in her blood. Charlie Wells

and transaction management, he held several leadership positions in healthcare administration,
sales management, consulting/talent recruiting and sales of medical services, equipment, and
pharmaceuticals. Additionally, he holds a B.A. Degree in Religion and Psychology. This unique

Ella has been working in real estate for 5 years now. Not only does she serve the North Alabama area, but she is a licensed associate broker in Mississippi as well. Colombia is her first home, but she moved to the States in 2012. When she’s not helping her clients, you can find her spending time with her husband and 2 boys. In her other free time, she is either teaching Spanish, adventuring to new places, or visiting local restaurants.

Jade grew up in Morgan County and graduated from Falkville High School. She furthered her education by attending the University of North Alabama, where she met her husband, Trey, in the Pride of Dixie Marching band. Together they have two sons. She is very involved in her community attending Daystar Church and being involved in the Hartselle Chamber of Commerce.

Whitney Clemons

Whitney Clemons is a lifetime resident of North Alabama and married her college sweetheart from The University of Alabama. Whitney graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration/Accounting and worked for a large Birmingham CPA firm and then accepted a position with Intergraph Corporation in Huntsville as an Internal Senior Auditor. After staying home and raising their three children, Whitney began her career in real estate in 2007 where she has served on several Relocation Teams and the Morgan County Board of Directors. Whitney has been a top producer for several years in reaching over $12 million in sales for several years. In 2011, Whitney was featured on HGTV House Hunters as the REALTOR from North Alabama which aired nationally and continues to be aired on HGTV.

Jessica Burch

Jessica joined MeritHouse in March of 2022 as the Office Manager. She then obtained her real estate license in June of 2022. After graduating from Athens State University with a Bachelor’s in Human Resource Management, Jessica obtained a position as the HR Generalist at a local non-profit organization. Jessica quickly moved to the position of Executive Assistant to the CEO and was employed with the organization for eight years. Although no longer an employee, she continues to serve on the Volunteer Board of Directors for the organization and looks for other ways to support the non-profit agencies in our community.
Jessica is excited to continue serving others and her community through her career in real estate. Rachel Beasley

For twelve years, the Air Force and Army moved Rachel, her husband, and their three children to Georgia, Florida, Okinawa, and Mississippi; but after the military life, they found Decatur, Alabama to be a wonderful place to settle for the past 9 years. Her three children are now attending college in Lynchburg, Virginia. In her free time, Rachel enjoys travelling with her husband exploring the outdoors (especially all of the waterfalls in north Alabama!), volunteering with her church and in her community, or revitalizing spaces and furniture.
Rachel joined the MeritHouse team in October of 2021. Her experience with numerous moves fuels her motivation to make the buying or selling process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.
